I guess you've got the original 1952 release now. I think it would be GATT eligible, but I remember that there is a loophole that excludes movies from GATT eligibility if they are released in the US something like 30 days before they are released in the UK. Don't know if that applies, because IMDb doesn't give exact dates of the releases, though the movie was released in both countries in 1952. I can say that USCO doesn't show that it has been GATTed.

Unless you hear more definitively one way or the other soon, I'd upload it.

It can be bought at Oldies.com on a disk with "Bucket of Blood", which is p.d.

However, Alpha Video doesn't offer it.
